CANCELLATION POLICY
As we often have to turn clients away due to the high demand for our services, we request your assistance in giving us as much notice as possible if you need to change or cancel your appointment. We understand that life can sometime throw us off course, and we will always endeavour to rebook the space to avoid charging cancellation fees, but if this is not possible, the following charges will apply:
For cancellations or changes of bookings within 24 hours, a 50% cancellation applies.
For all bookings of $150 or above, a credit card number is required to secure your booking and a 50% cancellation charge applies if cancelled or changed within 48 hours.
For “no shows” or same day cancellation, full treatment value may be charged for.
